When do new releases come out?

New drops happen every Sunday! Our Weekly Favorites and Paw Approved Collection collections are both refreshed weekly. Follow us on social media so you never miss a drop.

How do I measure my pet for sizing?

For the best fit, measure your pet in three places:

Neck — measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit
Chest/Girth — measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs
Length — measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail

How do I care for my Stitch and Scruff items?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry
Do not bleach or iron directly on any printed areas
Wash inside out to preserve colors and prints

What are your shipping times and carriers?

Shipping is $9.95 flat rate — free on orders over $75. Standard items typically ship in 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS. Pre-order items are made to order — estimated shipping times are noted in each item's description. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Pre-order items must be purchased separately from other items.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Because every item is made to order for a limited time, all sales are final. However, if you received the wrong size on a standard (non-pre-order) item, we're happy to offer a one-time exchange for an in-stock print of the same item.

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchange as they are custom made to order.
